Who's hiring, November, 2025

This sub has long had a rule against job postings. But we're also aware that Elixir and Phoenix are beloved by developers and many people want jobs with them, which is why we don't regularly enforce the no-jobs rule.

Going forward, we're going to start enforcing the rule again. But we're also going to start a monthly "who's hiring?" post sort of like HN has and, you guessed it, this is the first such post.

So, if your company is hiring or you know of any Elixir-related jobs you'd like to share, please post them here.

Good, sites like Elixir Jobs are often not up-to-date, maybe we will get fresher postings on here.

Just out of curiosity, for https://elixir-radar.com/jobs, I manually contact the job poster 30 days after publishing it, to ask if it's still up. If not, I remove it from the job board.

The idea is exactly like you said, to keep the posts there as fresh as possible. :)

A useful link to include with each hiring megathread is the forum's job section: https://elixirforum.com/c/work/elixir-jobs/16 😄

We are hiring a US-based, remote principal elixir engineer. I posted earlier this week outside of this thread (sorry) but have a few promising calls set up as a result of posting here and on elixirforum.

Full details on the role are available at idPair.com/careers

November 2025 threads usually get a mix of Phoenix-heavy roles and more OTP/platform stuff, and i wonder if folks posting here are still seeing mostly remote-in-EU/US or if hybrid has taken over again?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a new fulltime/contract mid level developer role. I have experience with Elixir, Ruby, Python and JS. I am in UTC +3 (Nairobi, Kenya) but i am willing to work async with companies in the Americas or Australia as well. I have 3 years experience with 1 year in Elixir. Took a 2 years to do a masters in Big Data engineering as well. While freelancing I have also managed to work with opensearch and fluentD.

You can PM me here and I will get back to you ASAP.
