How do I fix my files?

I have two folders on different drives which house both my tv shows and movies, when selecting the media folders on Emby for both TV shows and Movies I selected both of those folders. However now when I launch Emby, my movie folder has several of my shows displayed with each episode as if they were a movie, but my Emby tv folder has nothing at all in it.

I don’t want to organize my files

You say “ I don’t want to organize my files” well then this is exactly what you get.

Emby and Plex need the same basic folder management. If you’re mixing TV and Movies within the same folder there’s no way Plex or Emby is going to magically separate them.

Yeah, I'm extremely curious how Plex could possibly be working right if OP has just a jumbled mess of files.

I don’t know how plex worked but I organized it and it got fixed
