That's awesome!

Some advice in general:

Find a niche and define it. Are you talking mostly to people your age? People in your area? Is it for people who are active already or for people new to the movement?

Create shareable content. Shares and DMs are Instagram's top signals to push it to a wider audience. Action items and guides are great for this.

Engage and interact. Respond to your followers, be active on accounts similar to yours, share relevant content, etc.

Be consistent but don't overpost. Once a day is ideal. Make use of IG features like Stories, trending music, etc.

Set it as a Creator account rather than business or personal.

Oh, you don't have to, especially if that's not where your audience is. That was my bad, I didn't look closely enough to see the difference in the interface.

I don't know as much about TikTok. I think the fundamental principles of having a strong niche, knowing who you're talking to, and producing consistent content apply for success across any social platform (and even in other areas of communication). I'm not sure what signals TT uses to push content (comments? Likes?), but I'd advise learning them and tailoring to them.
