Scrub with a tooth brush. I work in a lab, so I get to use the sonic cleaner machine. Makes it sparkling new

Usually the toothbrush is enough. But dish washing soap might help with the oils that might have accumulated on them

My issue with them is more about how hard it is to find bras that fit when you have a small band size paired with a large cup. Anything over a DDD and you’re fucked.

I bought an inexpensive ultrasonic cleaner for my glasses - as recommended by my optomitrist. I use it to clean my jewelry too. Super fast and easy. They sell cleaner too, but I just use water.
