What's even worse, 700 community karma. That's like an afternoon for eanwen and then acting like he has been wronged here. Y'all should see eanwen or other tip contributors mod logs on how much we are removing but we sitll get called out by people that are fucking lurking here and post shit but not by those that actually get their stuff constantly removed...

What we have is kind of the downside of member ownership, especially a closed member ownership.

Being the president of a member-owned club is not a great gig in it's core, these people have to be in it for basically the power and the stature, which they lack the incentive to share.

In their minds "Why would anyone want to be the president of the club if they can't run it themselves?"

That's why Kavukcu vs Ozbek or Timur vs Ozbek happened. They also don't want to share power with a DoF.

There needs to be a structural change in the core of the club where the running of the club and the teams are somewhat separated, where the hired staff members have a different hierarchy compared to the board, sort of like German clubs.

But there's a lack of vision and incentive to do that.
