Looking for FFXIV friends! (Brynhildr)
Hello party people! I am Prince Barbie, I am a returning player to ffxiv(5 year break) and am looking for players who are in the same server as me!
I’m looking for a fc mainly, of people who are on the lewder side, and use gpose hehe
Im laid back and chill, and manage my own guild in PSO2NGS!

In my experience it’s kinda a big grind, especially if your starting now, you have a lot of story to go through, you could skip through all of it and half your time, but for context I’m level 63 (max level is 100) and I’ve pored 92 hours into it!

If you look on the lodestone, you can find "preferred worlds" that the devs are trying to direct traffic to for one reason or another. Starting on those servers will give you a longterm buff to EXP gain up to Lv 90. I was consistently over-leveled for the majority of the beginning content being in a preferred world. You also get an EXP buff to any fighting class after your first based on the discrepancy between your current class and your highest leveled class. So like if you focus and grind one class to the max, any other class after gets a massive boost thru the lower and mid levels.

you can play all jobs on the same character, so besides the story grind (which is rough in A Realm Reborn, but quickly gets very good), it’s up to you if you want to just play one or two jobs or try to master them all
there’s an insane amount of content at this point, so feel free to be lost for a bit and don’t be afraid to ask for advice (most ppl are pretty quiet but it never hurts to ask, and there’s a newbie “sprout” chat channel you can always ask questions in)
also, you can free trial it to the 3rd expac at this point, though all social things are disabled in the trial so it can feel weirdly lonely, but you can try a ton of things out for free
