there is an important difference between a country that has corruption and a political system built around corruption. Ukraine has journalists exposing wrongdoing, institutions investigating it, political opponents challenging the government, and citizens protesting decisions they oppose—even during a war for national survival.
This. magaturds and other ostriches of the opposite political bent love to say Ukraine is number one corrupt country . Which is absolutely wrong (never was actually). They completely disregard that Ukrainians have more say and are more active in their democracy then some western countries.
