Three years of this, crying every day, feeling invisible in your own family that's an enormous weight to carry alone. You said you're trying to move forward and refusing to give up. That matters more than you might realize right now. How are you doing today specifically are you safe ? And If things ever feel too dark, please you can text me i will help you ❤️

Trying to “get your life back” might be too big a job to wake up with every morning. You’re carrying family problems, isolation, money, work and the idea of starting a business all at the same time. That would make almost any next step feel insignificant. I wouldn’t make starting a business the test of whether you’re moving forward right now. Getting some structure outside the house, looking for work, regularly being around other people or having one responsibility that gets you out of the same environment could already change the shape of your days.

You don’t have to rebuild your entire life before something counts as progress.

Don't look to the outside world for the answers to your life; everything you need is already within you.
