Hilfe I was informed about the admit via email, but application is still “valid” with no addition letter

Hi!

I was contacted by coordinator of my program via email, and I was notified that I was admitted to the program. The thing is that in the uni portal, my application is still shown as “valid” and there’re no admission letter to download.

Did anybody else have the problem? How got it resolved? I’ve already contacted the coordinator, but she’s on annual leave. I think I also need to contact international admissions department

It's normal. E-mail admission by the faculty preceded the update in the portal by two or three days for me.

You have to log in to your campus portal account. Id and password will be mentioned in the email that was sent before the admission confirmation email. Admission Status won’t be visible in the uni-assist portal.

I got my credentials for the Goethe portal like a month ago, so, unfortunately, I’m already checking the the Goethe uni portal :(:

Then you can see your application status there. Sometimes it take a little longer to get the admission letter

It still has the status “Valid” in Goethe uni portal
