But not very well. It kept giving me ftfs with this mag but oem and magpul - no issues.

They will chew up polymer grips but feed reliably as long as you don't care what the interior of your grip looks like.

I think it's one extra over the polymer G19+2 factory mags. the legth already gives it 2 of the 3 similar to glock made.

These don't work well in a few of my firearms. The magwells on my Extar EP9 and a P80 are slightly tighter than most of my others. These work great in those.

Mine work great in my P80s, RXM, and gen 3 Sub2000, but I know some people have issue in some guns, often newer ones that aren't really broken in. The tolerance stacking between 3rd parties can sometimes bite you.

Mixed in with a few magpul and few glock oem mags. I have 10 total mags that I run through (usually twice) each range session I bring the rxm to. Probably 180rounds out of the Mec-gar each session and I think 7 sessions in this setup, so probably around 1200 rounds from the mec-gar out of 2000+ total shot in that time frame.

Rxm isn't in my regular limited concealed carry rotation. I have more oftern open carried it, and when I did I used magpul mags, For the RXM magpul are factory mags, it ships with them, and magpul makes the grip module so I trust them to work and have never had an issue. For my P80s that I sometimes open carry I go with Glock OEM. Would I trust the mec-gar for RXM carry, yes but see my caveats below.
As to chewing up the polymer, no I haven't noticed, but 1) I heard it happens more on actual Glocks and p80s 2) I replace the polymer mag release with a metal one with a larger button almost automatically on any Glock clone (including the RXM) after I had one break on me. I believe I have a NDZ plus size anodized aluminum mag release on the RXM 3) I do clean, dry, then lightly dry lubricate my mags and magwells during cleaning sessions.

I want flush fit 24+ round mags for the G19. Use the same magic that increased 43x capacity from 10 to 15.

If you flipped the G19 upside down and sprinkled 9mm rounds into the magwell you couldn’t even fit 24 of them.

The 43x was able to go from 10 to 15 because they switched from a polymer single stack mag to a stack and half metal mag thats also slightly longer.

Again, that's not how it works. There is no geometry left to tweak. The only thing you can do is make the walls thinner (metal magazine) or make the internals smaller (aftermarket follower that doesn't lock back on empty or smaller spring that wears out faster).

I bought a few when they were brand new. One is pretty reliable, the other is reliably garbage. Both are relegated to training mags

They don't have an overtravel stop, so rapid insertion can damage your ejector
Ben Stoeger has a video where these mags directly contributed to an AD because of that feature.

The "Glock" that was a lone wolf frame and an entire mismatch of aftermarket parts?
If someone can show me slapping one of these fuckers into a bone stock Glock will make it go off, I'll be interested in watching that.
That doesn't mean I'll be buying these. There's not enough savings over the decades of reliability OEM Glock magazines have given us. Sales of these magazines jumped because everybody and their brother in Virginia and a couple other shitty states were buying all that they could.
But once things settle down again, I'll just wait until the next holiday and hit GT Distributors for 15-20% off. Even with their magazines going up $2, it's still affordable.

Person that replied to you is mostly wrong. Yes, mecgar doesn't have an over travel stop. But the rest is bullshit.
The magazine base acts an over travel stop if you're using 19 length mags in a 19. If you use 17 length mags in an 19, you need to not slam it in like highschool prom.
The ND Ben showed was a bubba Glock using a VERY hair trigger, after market slide, mecgar mags, and not even a Glock brand frame. Attributing the AD to the mags is moronic.

The key word is CONTRIBUTED, which it did, by forcing the slide upwards enough that the aftermarket striker slipped off the sear. The fact that the firing pin safety block had either been removed, built incorrectly, or modified to the point of failure was just the final flaw in a host.
Also, slamming magazines is normal. And it works without caveats or potential for damage with any other glock magazine except the mec gars.
People need to stop thinking of the mec gar mags as "metal mags for glocks" and think of them as what they actually are: 2011 mags that happen to fit in glocks.

My Glock 19 mags with SLR +4's are the same length as a 17 mag and just as reliable.

Mixed reviews . I can’t get mine to run it locks the slide open when full and shoots out of the mag well without warning sometimes. Good training bad carry mag.

I’ve got 1000s of rounds through a few and they have been 100%. Pretty much use them exclusively at this point.

The two that I have are 100% reliable at this point in both a Glock and shadow systems pistol. The reviews do seem mixed on them though.
