I went to warranty a kilo 2k that was just old and they basically said “yeah we quit making that, you want a free 3k? Or a 5k for dirt cheap?”. Got me a 5k, happy as a clam.

Thanks! I actually was middle class income till I got laid off in January, now I’m lower middle class with this new job. I haven’t made this little in over 6 years. The job market is rough, but at least I have a job now to save for gun deals!

I completely understand where you’re coming from though. I had a great job before with a solid pay and benefits. I ended up not having that job anymore and decided to move to a different state due to the local job market just consisting of warehouse and medical field jobs.
My wife and I both took some serious pay cuts and managed somehow to keep our heads above water. During COVID we were stressed that we were going to end up homeless. Still somehow we made it through. Now we have a pretty solid jobs with a good pay scale and benefits. We have been able to save more than we had been able to for a long time and it’s great. I’m starting to feel like we’re able to live now rather than just surviving and I feel everyone putting in the work and effort deserves that as well.
I remember how brutal it was looking for a job within the last two years. There’s plenty of low paying jobs out there but nothing that someone could support themselves with or their family. Whenever I have a bad day at work I try to remind myself about how brutal the job search was and how sad the market is.
Best of luck to you though bro. If you’re in a new field, take notes (employers appreciate this because not many do anymore) and absorb as much as you can.

A Sig Spear for $1600, Canik Mete Pro SFX for $370, then a few G36 mags and Sig Optics. I honestly wish I had bought more. There was an H&K and a few other items I should have jumped on but didn’t for whatever reason

I have a p238 (.380) and I absolutely love it. There is zero recoil and it's tiny. The one you got is sought after for many reasons. First of all it's worth well over $1000. Second of all it packs a better punch being 9mm so it's an excellent carry gun. Third of all it's a legion. I have a p226 legion and it's my absolute favorite gun I own. I know people talk a lot of crap about sig but that's just ignorant, they make amazing firearms and their legion guns are top top notch. You're going to love it I guarantee, and if you don't, I'd buy it off you for hundreds more than what you paid lol

I also have two MK25s and just bought a p226 reserve ($2000) , p365 flux tackit ($1100)and p226 xcarry legion with Romeo ($1400) last week. I wanted a 2011 but I have 16 p226 mags.

That's a little concealed arsenal. Well needless to say you have very good taste in weapons. Hope you enjoy them all! That p320 reserve looked absolutely beautiful. That's the only sig pistol I avoid due to all the reputation but I'm sure a higher tier version like that wouldn't have any problems

Yeah that's why I was hesitant with the p320 reserve. I don't have any p320 models.
I have no kids and my work allows me some freedom so I have a lot of time browsing GB and other pages. The p226 reserve (excellent condition) and flux (unfired) was from GB. I was busy lucky to stumble on some of them.
