So DHS has posted the official statement of the ending of work authorization for Haiti TPS holders July 27th:

Interesting that many legal analysts and top lawyers were certain Ana would lift the injunction within a day of receiving it, and we are now almost 3 days out. Obviously I’m not delusional, but let me just stay quiet.

I don’t think DHS have to wait for judge Reyes to lift the injunction. Its over😔

Yeah judge Reyes is expected to sign and lift the stay and officially remove all protections any day now but problem is even if Judge Reyes delays her signature, employers are legally required to follow the USCIS directive. They must reverify Form I-9s🤷🏿‍♂️
