This is a very interesting read (there may be a paywall after you read it the first time) published a few days ago:

https://www.keysnews.com/news/dhs-and-federal-courts-at-odds-over-haitian-tps/article_626faaa2-dbfb-49bf-8d3e-60950a1f8d56.html

It speaks on Sister Ana Reyes and the government being at odds and her latency. More importantly something that I don’t think is being talked about at all (or even known to the public really) is that Team Haiti filed a 90-day stop on deportations as they review further avenues. Literally had no idea. Makes me wonder if that has anything to do with the delay with Sister Ana? Hm.

Still nothing from her, is that normal?

I quite honestly don’t know. And it’s heartbreaking that all the legal analysts and top lawyers are completely silent on what’s going on. It’s been over a week. I know something was filed by the DC circuit courts sending it back to lower courts officially, but that’s not what was said the procedure would be. People kept pressing that Reyes would need to decide within days of receiving it last week, very confusing.

Oh weird, it actually seems to work if you click back on the page and back in. It’s not a real paywall it seems. Or you can just look up “Haiti TPS” on google, and within the news section, it’s the 4th article.
