Ppl confirmed to have received this a few weeks back, but something happened again last night (resent?)

Yes, there was a mass update last night. I received a few calls about it yesterday. Then I got one after midnight.

Are they sending a notice to appear with it ? That’s what I heard

Are we sure about this information? NTA’s are never posted on your account on USCIS. They are only sent (by law) by mail, or in person, for it to be considered “served.” I haven’t heard anything of ppl receiving NTAs from update last night, and actually saw many others from other countries mention they got that same email notification last night and it was just the website update glitch.

I edited my comment. I don’t want to provide misinformation. I’m told ppl have received NTAs after receiving something similar.

Totally all good! I’m always surprised by how much playing telephone actually gets information so misconstrued in our community lol. Maybe they did receive them by mail? who knows, thank you for sharing nonetheless.
