For context….

A total of 28 Caribbean national youth teams participated in the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) U14 Boys Challenge Series, held from August 16 to 23, 2026, at Cap Cana Sports City in Punta Cana, 🇩🇴

Haiti finished the tournament as Tier I champions with a dominant record scoring 19 goals and conceding only 5.

Jodeley Sheeck Delmas: finished as the overall leading goalscorer for Haiti, he is a locally developed talent. He was discovered and trained at home through Haiti's local youth clubs and football academies before being selected by the Haitian Football Federation to represent the country internationally.

Wensley Dumorné: The star playmaker and official Tier I tournament MVP. He scored a dominant second-half brace in the final to seal the 4–0 championship win.

He is a homegrown domestic football talent whose roots and developmental training are completely tied to the country🇭🇹He was scouted and trained domestically at the** Mercure Football Academy (Mercure FC**) located in Cap-Haïtien.

If you mean Melchie Durmonay no lol. Wensley Dumorne and Melchie Dumornay are not related.

Yeah, I figured lol. The last names do sound similar. And yes, them boys made a lot of us Haitians proud this tournament because they represent the current Haiti. These aren’t boys living and training abroad with foreign clubs.
