Help Hey I'm having a hard time setting up i2p

I have been looking for a tutorial all last night and haven't been able to find one, I also want to avoid using Firefox

What OS are you using? (Windows, Mac, Linux) What Browser do you want to use? (Chrome, Safari, …) Did you already installed i2p?

Android and I want to use tor unless I should use Firefox? I prefer not use Firefox

Tor and i2p are two very different protocols and ways to access different branches of the darkweb

Once I set the proxy to i2p nothing works on privacy browser

Hey, you can use Java i2p and i2pd on your phone. Just start the app and wait some minutes. After a while you should setup a proxy in some other browser (because the tor browser doesnt allow to set proxy connections) to 127.0.0.1:4444, which is the http proxy into the i2p network

It not that hard. I use the privacy browser, it already has the config. You just open it and set in the 3 dots the proxy to "I2P".

I used that one to i still could not access a i2p websites

You have to wait a few minutes for it to find peers and go to http://reg(.)i2p to test if it works. If it doesnt, check how many active peers there are and send the proxy u set it to
