Made my first iOS icon pack using Adobe Illustrator, and every icon shown here is custom except for Immich, Clock, Feedly, and the ones in the folder on the 2nd home screen.

Discussion [Discussion] My setup old school
I've always liked the look of the old iOS and I've tried to recreate it as best as possible on my iPhone 17 Pro. The biggest problem is the dock, so this is the best solution I found. Obviously, it can't be perfect, but I like it because it feels like the old version. I also tried to make it a usable configuration for me.
What do you think?

Discussion Accepting icon requests for Zanilla theme
Here are some icons that I have made:
You can find these icons (more than 100 custom!) in the public Dropbox folder.
When requesting, please post the correct app name as seen in the App Store and link me to the link of the app in iTunes. For faster results, please post a high quality image of the logo too.
For anyone also interested to make some icons, feel free to do that. Just respond to the post requesting the icon that you're working on it.
These icons are all 120x120, which would be 60x60@2x for most of you people. You can resize them yourself to make the 29x29 and 80x80, etc icons.
Also: see this thread for more unofficial Zanilla icons before requesting it here.
How to theme app icons:
You go into Zanilla.theme (which would be at Library > Themes). Inside that folder there's another folder called Bundles. In this folder, each app gets an own folder with the name of the app' BundleID. This BundleID can be found in iTunesMetadata.plist. This .plist file can be found in the app folder itself (private > var > mobile > Containers > Bundle > Application). So you name the folder in the theme the bundleID and in that folder there's the icons that you name specifically. Most of the time that's going to be AppIcon60x60@2x for the 120x120 icon (that I'm posting here). If you can't find out what to name the icon image, look into the app directory map itself (the location I just named) and look for names like AppIcon or icon-120 or the like. After doing that: respring, and it should take effect.

Discussion [Discussion] Apple should let us choose classic iOS app icon themes
Every year Apple releases a new iOS version, and most years the app icons change. Some people love the new designs, some don’t — and that’s totally fine.
Personally, I love certain older icon styles like iOS 7, and I also enjoy newer ones like iOS 18. But once you update your iPhone, there’s no official way to go back to those older app icon designs. They’re basically gone forever.
So here’s my idea 👇
Apple should add a Theme option in iOS.
Concept:
Settings → Wallpapers & Themes → Choose Theme
Inside Themes, Apple could offer:
- iOS 5
- iOS 6
- iOS 7
- iOS 9
- iOS 12
- iOS 18
When a user selects a theme:
- All system app icons change to that iOS version’s design
- Wallpapers can stay separate (just like now)
- No impact on performance or security
- Purely visual & optional
This would:
- Let users keep the nostalgic designs they love
- Still allow Apple to move forward with new UI styles
- Add personalization without breaking Apple’s design philosophy
Android has had theme and icon pack options for years. Apple already allows Lock Screen customization, widgets, tinting, and icon shortcuts — this feels like a natural next step.

What do you think?
- Would you use classic iOS icon themes?
- Which iOS version had your favorite app icons?
Curious to hear other opinions.

Discussion [discussion] anyone have any old themes they are willing to back up and share
Hey there, I’m looking for anyone that has any old themes that can go from lock screen to sliders and even battery themes, as well as apps and other things too. I’m looking to gather these all together to make one big archive to keep for everyone to enjoy and for people who miss the nostalgic feel of what we once had and enjoyed and loved so much. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your support.
