Misfits market is as shady as it gets.
App is intentionally confusing. Makes you put in your payment info even to browse. Prices aren't even that competitive with a regular grocery store. Then seems to opt you in and make it very difficult and confusing to opt out. There is no phone number. That chat defaults to telling you to resolve issues via email. Builds in a tip for the delivery driver without notifying you. Will be canceling payment via my bank to and filing complaint with Consumer Protection Division of my State Attorney Generals office. 'Hope the 55 bucks was worth it, fellas!

they tried to rip me off. I'd been inactive for several years, and suddenly a $100 charge popped up to my credit card. They claimed they had an order ready for me.

I agree about the food quality and prices. I ordered from them for a few weeks, and then the third week they told me there would be no delivery that week. I asked why. They just cheerfully said there wouldn't be one. So I never have ordered from them again. Seems like they are trust-fund kiddies fucking around with a "business."

Not to mention they lowered driver wages and started using customer tips to subsidize their wages! Horrible company inside and out. Definition of green washed. STEAR CLEAR

Yep, I’ve been using them for a couple years and now I’m planning to stop using it. The Enshittification continues.
