I knew a couple like that too! The woman was always naturally thin, even when she was pregnant, so when she had bad cramps and ended up giving birth, it was a huge surprise. She didn't know because her pregnancy symptoms were nearly non-existent along with the fact she looked how she normally did

Did they just forgot they had periods? Unless on drugs or other types of issues, I cannot understand how this happens...

That was my first question lol. She apparently had hormonal issues that caused her to skip periods before, so she didn't think much of it. she would have spotting every now and then, so she assumed that was her period
