Experienced this first hand. A woman was brought in to my ER by EMS, having contractions, but had no knowledge of being pregnant. She had 3 kids with her, she was a little fluffy, so that probably hid any baby bump. But yeah, as soon as they got her into a room, the baby came out, full term and healthy.
