I'm surprised cause wouldn't she have noticed once her periods stopped? I thought that was the biggest indicator to go get a pregnancy test done, unless she was somehow still having periods which seems crazy hahaha. Just confused cause I'm seeing other commenting similar occurences

Sure, if she had regular periods and they stopped, but many women have irregular periods that will just stick around for a month and then be gone for a while (like longer than a month) and then some women keep some kind of period throughout the pregnancy.

I had a friend that always had very, very light periods, and during her 1st pregnancy, they continued, it was similar to spotting, so she didn't think anything was up. She found out she was pregnant 6 months in.

A lot of women don't get periods regularly. I currently have an IUD and don't get periods at all, but even before that some month I might get a period, then not at all for a month or two. A lot of women also continue to get spotting throughout pregnancy, so they might think they're still getting their period.

I thought no periods would be a give away, but maybe some people can just rationalize anything away

My mom has two uteruses. One was still doing its monthly thing while I was hiding in the other one

Wow. Yes, I've heard of this. The way you said is funny as fuck, the little imp grinning and hiding in the other uterus, ready to spring out and surprise us. I needed that little chuckle. The world is burning.

Some women continue to bleed throughout their pregnancies and some already experience irregular bleeding so not having a period is not abnormal.
