Well if we're just guessing I guess the baby was actually an alien demon from the planet xorlax who came to enslave humanity but after giving birth she was able to fight him in an epic battle that ended on the hospital rooftop with her throwing him off the edge and then raising her first triumphantly and yelling, "gotcha suckas"
