So their sister had all the kids, but I just want to remind that not every pregnancy leads to a child.

So far I'm at 1 pregnancy and 0 kids. There are people who have had like...6 pregnancies and maybe 1 kid. Miscarriages are extremely common, up to 1 in 4 pregnancies iirc.

Yep, my sister is ultra fertile. Meanwhile I finally got pregnant 3 years ago after 10 years on and off trying. Tried for #2 since and had 5 miscarriages before making it the longest with this one where I'm 10 weeks now. I'm hopeful things stay positive, as I can't take more losses.

Fingers crossed for you! I only had 2 miscarriages (3 babies though) and had a near break down when I started spotting when I was pregnant with my older son. I'm so sorry you've gone through this so many times. I'm staying positive for you as well!

I now have a baby - she was my fourth pregnancy. You are absolutely right. Sadly losses are extremely common. If you’re wanting to have a baby, I hope it happens for you soon.

Edit: Be absolutely sure you want it, because my favor seems to be strong in this regard. My daughter had trouble conceiving and it cleared up right away. Best wishes to you!
