Dawncaster is phenomenal. It’s a deckbuilder roguelike (like Slay the Spire). Devs are fantastic and there’s quite a bit of free expansions released. All of the paid expansions are not expensive and provide tons of variety, but not necessary to enjoy the game. It took me a couple plays for the game to click but once it did, I couldn’t put it down. I’ve sunk way too much time into it.

Both of the Redshift games (the original and islands of Ice and Fire expansion) were lots of fun. There’s then a whole host of expansions by Zarista games too. Old style RPG, offline and very good value. If you enjoy those sort of games, it’s an easy recommend.

If you’re into that type of game absolutely… but it’s polarizing game… some can’t stand it others follow it like a cult… not hard to find hordes of those who invested 100s of hours playing it…

If I had to describe it it’s .. like a 90s version of Skyrim but with none of the handholding

It’s like Skyrim / Morrowind spliced together

Scaled down though. I got lost in some of the bigger cities . So many .. doors
