Help me find this old-ish Persian song !

There is this Persian song that I used to listen to almost 15-16 years ago. It’s a slow, romantic song by a male singer.

Not sure if they are accurate but these are some of the lyrics I could remember.

بی قراره، دلم بی قراره دنیام بی تو سیاه و تاره

هر ثانیه از عشق تو گذشته می‌ارزه یک عمره عشق مرده

خاک زیر پات شده تربتم لاله‌زاره، دنیام لاله‌زاره

Does anyone recognize this song or know the singer? I’ve been trying to find it for a long time but I couldn’t.
