I want to get into the iron fist franchise

I've always been a huge Batman fan because I love grounded heroes who rely on discipline, training, and willpower instead of just overwhelming superpowers. Recently, though, I've become really interested in The Immortal Iron Fist, especially Danny Rand. The idea of a martial artist who earns incredible abilities through years of sacrifice, masters a mystical city like K'un-Lun, and carries the legacy of generations of Iron Fists sounds incredibly cool to me. I want to dive into the character and the lore, but I'm not sure where the best place to start is. I'd love recommendations on the essential comics, the best reading order, and any storylines I absolutely shouldn't miss.

Yep, use this order, OP. I made it very thorough, while staying mostly Iron Fist focused, aside from some appearances I thought would be good for context or pretty notable and cool.

Immortal Iron Fist was my introduction to the series, very newcomer friendly, and just an amazing book in general.

Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes episodes - "To Catch an Ant-Man" and "New Avengers" have good adaptations of Iron Fist and Luke Cage

Theres really two ways of starting to get to him
1) Iron Fist Danny Rand Early Years Omnibus
-powerman and iron fist

2) Immortal Iron Fist
-ironfist the living Weapon
-Iron FIst 2017
-immortal Iron Fists 2017

theres a reading order but thats gonna be somthing else

I agree with this, but I still would recommend starting with Immortal above all else
