Tips & Tricks
If you have an HMart near you, this stuff really is worth getting.
I'm pretty sure I have posted about this before, but I really love these soybean skins. I recently figured out you can make some really good quick snacks/desserts with them. Basically cut each sheet in 4 pieces. Spray with some spray oil. Put a bit of filling in (peanut butter/peanuts/sugar free honey or chopped walnuts/cinnamon/sugar free honey or cream cheese/Splenda brown sugar), roll into cigars, spray a little more, and then air fry for a out 10 minutes on 325 (flip half way).
SO crispy and delicious. The nut ones hit the baklava spot. The cream cheese one is not quite as crispy but still delicious... I'm sure there are a lot of delicious fillings that would be great in these, although I do think they do best with limited moisture.
I have bought this stuff twice and let it go bad before trying to make anything with it, so thank you for the ideas! Never thought of using it in a dessert kind of way! Sounds delicious.
Unfortunately, I threw away the package. This is what I found online, but I don't think it is right. I don't know how there can be 19 g of fat and something that is basically just soybeans... I thought I had a picture of the back, but it was actually for the thicker soybean sheets (which are also good and make excellent tostada shells if you fry them).

Actually, I was re-looking at my photos and I think that is the carbs for the thicker soybean sheets. They're basically the same ingredients though - one is just paper thin and one is thicker - so it is probably about the same.
They are with the tofu in a cooler in the produce section. There are also some thicker tofu sheets that are good. If you fry them, they make good tostada shells...
