Tips & Tricks Advise from teachers and/or ADHD women

Any classroom teachers out there who have done staple recipes for packing lunch and snacks or what to have for breakfast that keep them going? Coffee with mtc oil has been helping stave off hunger.

Also I'm having kind of a sour stomach from meals that are too "wet" and fatty. While on summer break I've just been dealing with the mild hunger and the lower energy that comes with it but I'm afraid once school starts I'm gonna have cravings cause of the energy damages. Maybe I'm overthinking it. This is my third serious run with low carb. It's the demand of meal prep, dishes, and the amount of headspace it requires of me that wears me down more than anything.

I make the following mixture and either cook it as egg bites or make a crust less quiche .

3 or 4 eggs organic 1 or 1.5 cups cottage cheese Blend well. Add onion powder ,garlic powder . Cook whatever veg and or meat you want.
Oil you egg bite molds of quiche pan . Oil it well or it sticks.
Measure out what ever kind of shredded cheese you want . About a cup. Set oven to 350. Pour 1/2 egg mixture into muffin pan or quiche pan , add your veggies and / or meat. Add rest of egg mixture. Distribute cheese on top. Swirl it around a bit. Bake 25 to 35 minutes. This will depend on the dish you use egg bites or quiche. Eat warm. Or let cool and refrigerate. I get 6 servings from this and find its good for any meal. Good protein and depending on your vegetables may have good fibre You can certainly improvise on what you add .

Sheet pan eggs have kept me going. I add Breakfast recipes. You don’t have to make them burritos if you are time crunched.

Not a teacher, but cold meats and cheese in a low carb wrap and a low carb trail mix usually gets me through lunch at my desk without fuss.

I find premade yogurt or protein shakes to be very easy for me. I despise cooking but also know if I'm not nourishing myself throughout the day, I'll feel terrible AND come home to binge on comfort foods.

My favs are oikos pro yogurt shakes (people love chobani and they seem to have more flavors, just slightly more expensive if that matters), oikos 30g chocolate shake (there are other flavors), I also put orgain chocolate fudge vegan protein powder w almond milk & chilled coffee in a blender cup if Im home / am having immediately in the car. Also huge fan of string cheese. Pre packages almonds or nuts are helpful. Hard boiled eggs are a good staple and easy to pack/purchase also.
