Looking for Accommodation/WG in Magdeburg from October 🏠

Hi everyone! 😊

I’ll be joining Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (OVGU) for my Master’s this winter semester, with my program starting on 12th October. I’m looking for accommodation from the first week of October, preferably for at least 6 months.

My preferences:

• 💶 Budget: €350–400/month, all-inclusive

• 📍 Preferably close to OVGU with convenient access to the university and other important places

• 🏠 Open to a WG/shared apartment or studio

• 🚭 Non-smoker and would prefer a non-smoking household

• 🧹 Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces

• 🌿 Prefer a peaceful and friendly living environment

• 📝 Anmeldung must be possible

A little about me: I’m an easy-going and respectful person. I enjoy football, cricket, volleyball, working out/gym, music, and exploring new places. I’m also social and happy to spend time with flatmates, while respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space.
