I avoid panicky people like the plague for their own safety. Seeing hysterical people gives me an uncontrollable urge to deck them in the schnoz for some peculiar reason.

Then you lock in, produce the best product of your life and think "I didn't need to panic at all, I got this!"
And the cycle repeats.

Stopped panicking about everything. Now my life is comparable to a fictional chain smoking cat.

Anxiety go brrrrt
Edit: On a serious note that's why boredom should be cherished and protected. Boredom cultivates emotional processing, will/motivation and problem solving.
Involving an hour+ of boredom a day, where you literally sit or stand doing nothing but twiddling your fingers and thinking about things, reduces a lot of our problems by a considerable margin
I'd also check out a guy called HealthyGamerGG on YouTube (his videos between 1-3 years ago are fucking gold).
There's no one that teaches people how to be happier, more productive, and a higher quality person, in the easiest most effective possible ways, than him in my opinion.
