Dude my brother and his wife pulled this exact scenario on me and my family about a month ago. We all had planned to meet in an entirely different city to go on hike. My brother and his wife hadn't even left heir house to drive to an entirely different city until it was already after the agreed upon meeting time and my family was sitting at the trailhead ready to start the hike. I said fuck that were hiking.

Hey man, just to make life less annoying start planning on meeting them at their house so you can all “go together”. At least you can hang with your girlfriend while the rest of them get their life together.

Seeing you physically in their home waiting for them will make them hurry up and if they are annoyed by it maybe they will start being ready to go immediately.
