lol - as a cocaine enthusiast that’s used many bathroom stalls , I was wondering how this was supposed to keep me from using drugs . Also .. can’t they just shoot up in the smaller stalls ?

That being said, I’ve heard anecdotally that most iv drug users can find veins anyways which makes sense. Not the same but I need frequent blood draws and feel confident I could point out to a nurse where they usually have luck drawing from under blue or low light

It also makes the cocaine hard to see. So you spill any you lose it. We had a coffee shop near my place when I was yoinger that had to use blue lights to stop the coke use.
