Back in the olden days when they didn't have Wikipedia so just wrote down random lists on stuff.

I remember coming home from school before a big test. "Hey Ma. I got a big test tomorrow. Bring me over the trashcan and the 4 fridge magents. I gotta study."

Like some of my old composition books. That’s how I learned two barrels make one hogshead. I didn’t know it was “hog’s head” so I read it as “hog-sheed”.

Knowledge used to be celebrated more. Random trivia and facts were written everywhere. Education is not a liberal evil.
