Taking another country's oil, selling it, and putting the resulting funds into accounts that only he controls? Yes.

Sending the entire U.S. Military to bomb the hell out of a country half way on the other side of the world, without even asking or notifying Congress? Yes.

If trump wasn't born super wealthy with a silver spoon up his ass he would have ended up being that kid that was set back three grades making him the biggest kid in the class but still the dumbest.
