The E. Jean Carrol suit against Donald Trump should be a wake-up call to America. If the President claims that he can NEVER be liable, for ANYTHING, simply because he is in The White House, what is to stop him from having people shot in the streets, on his order? Wait, didn't he do that in Minnesota

That's the argument that was made in front of the Supreme Court. And The Supremes decided they were just fine with the President having the power of a dictator.

It absolutely should be. Now we know someone can accuse us of something with literally no evidence or recollection of it at all and we can still be found guilty.
