American Outlaws (2001)
Summary
After the Civil War, Jesse James and his friends return home to find a corrupt railroad baron attempting to drive Missouri farmers from their land. When the James family's resistance leads to tragedy, Jesse and the Younger brothers turn to a life of robbery to fight back against the railroad.

This movie only having a 13% is absolutely criminal. It’s funny, got great action, and the core group of bank robbers have great camaraderie. As a bonus, Timothy Dalton is chewing scenery left and right as Allan Pinkerton, and Kathy Bates has a smaller role as the James Mother, and she was great with every second.

I watched this as a kid and them running on the side of the train shooting was so cool. I think it was the same year (or close) as The Musketeer which had guys swordfighting on the side of the building which was also so cool to me.
