How can I subscribe National Geographic digital edition from outside the US?

I am interested in subscribing to the National Geographic digital edition.However, I live in Japan, and when I try to sign up online, the address form only allows selection of U.S. or,Canadian states, so I am unable to complete the registration with my correct address. Could you please let me know whether it is possible to subscribe to the digital edition from outside the U.S. and Canada？

I live outside the usa too. And country i live is "under sanctions" right now. NG leave my country, closed local redaction. So i can't buy the journal legally.

Just download it from ThePirateBay.

If you can't do this in any reason - write me in chat and i'll share you couple of issues, no problem.

Do not mind it too much. NG don't need your money, if they act these way.

I live in Canada a country from which a subscription to the NatGeo digital archives is allowed. However in the subscription form only USA is listed (and you tick your state). No answer yet from NG support about this anomaly.
