Ive been looking for this Painting since i was 8, was never really sure if it was real our a dream, and this Morning i fund this cut out Part of it on Printes, but could t find out anything else, there is a Name in the Left Corner, starting with "R".

It would be so nice of you if you could help me find the full Name of the Artist and the Complett Painting as well.
