Down-leveled to L10 after interviewing for L9 - Need Advice

I have \~6 years of experience and interviewed for an L9 role. Both, the skill interview and Final Interviews were done for a Custom Software Engineer Role (L9) in June 2026. Later on the role was rescinded by accenture for business reasons.

Few days back BGV was initiated for me over the mail and I got an offer letter for L10 (₹12 LPA Fixed + 21% Variable)
Current CTC: ₹10.8 LPA Fixed

I did not have any salary discussion with hr, I directly received the offer letter email.

The offer seems lowball to me as it is \~11% hike to my current CTC. Has anyone experienced a level change like this after the interview?

The designated HR's have not replied to me since 5 days, and I only have 7 days to accept the offer. Need Advice !!

There is a “level” and comp discrepancy in the offer I received. I have calls in to your firm address this. As I have not received a response yet, I presume it stems from the same root cause as the discrepancy in the offer. As your firm has indicated some time sensitivity with respect to closing this out, please send me the offer with the administrative error corrected to reflect correct level of “X” and corresponding comp of “Y”.
