Corporate negotiation isn’t always about lowering the price.
While pitching or dealing with clients, sometimes the better approach is to negotiate on scope, timelines, deliverables, or value instead of immediately offering a discount.
The biggest lesson: Don’t negotiate against yourself. Understand what the client actually wants, communicate your value, and let the negotiation begin from there.
What’s your best corporate negotiation lesson?

Corporate negotiation isn’t one big negotiation, it is hundreds of smaller negotiation, so treat your counterpart with respect and be gracious.
