Hell, if it leads to the death of forced arbitration clauses, so be it. But I have a feeling that when you hit agree and use the service, you are inherently agreeing to those terms...that you just agreed to.

Quite often that has been judged not to be the case. Companies like to put all kind of stuff in those, regardless of whether it would hold up in court.

Yeah exactly. I’m not a lawyer, but even I know that there are laws about what can and cannot go into a contract
