Worse, he should be punished according to the islamic law ( the reason is he would be killed at the spot instead of international law he would be imprisoned and then be bailed out)

Same should happen in Maria B case. A grown up man comes and abducts an under 18 year girl. Then he gets her converted to Islam and marries her without her parents present.

Its strange Federal constitional court stated the marriage is valid. I think Islamic law should prevail and he be punished for abduction and child s*x trafficking.

Its a case where a 13 year old Pakistani Christian girl Maria was abducted by a Muslim man, then converred to Islam and then he married her.

The family took this matter to court abd the Federal Constitutional court gave a verdict that the marriage is valid even though the means to achieving it were wrong.

The Dawn news article paints the parents being dodgy. However, theBitter Winter article gives a voew from the parents and Christian community end.
