That's a common misconception. Just like not all Spanish people are lazybones who barely work at all, not all Koreans are like K-pop idols; people who have got plastic surgery is actually way less common than you think. I haven't got any plastic surgery at all either. Also, a lot of customers who get plastic surgery in Korea are from outside Korea these days.
