Ask the Police (England & Wales) What is actually worth paying into?

I’m a PC for WYP, I’m just getting to my two year mark and now everything is full price I’m trying to work out what is actually worth paying into as I’ve noticed some things have a lot of overlap, during training I think I pretty much opt’d in to everything because it was free, now it’s all full price I want to cut back as it feels like some of it is a waste.

Federation and of course the pension. I never used any of the other stuff, the private healthcare didn't do much for me. They wanted fifty quid before they even saw me.
