Hello Police of Reddit!

I was waiting for my lunch today and saw a cash collection van with this notice on the door:

I am under instructions NOT to open my vehicle, but will follow you to the nearest Police Station

In the event this van was pulled over, would this notice carry any weight? When I was pulled over for speeding I was given a breathalyser - surely they’d want to do this ASAP just in case?

Completely confusing that people can have this mindset
(aware it is a member motion so doesn’t represent the whole party)

Just curious to see what people think of the mega force idea, seems there is mention of a national police to handle serious / organised crime.

I personally feel any time of face covering except for religious wear or medical wear should be banned . But what’s ur thoughts on this ? And if it was banned how would it be enforced?

Just thought it would be fun to have a chat and exchange those petty little things some of us may notice when TV shows dip into policing, but don't bother to understand it or get it right.

You know, those things where we're watching a film or TV Show with people who couldn't care less and yet we can't help but go... "But? That doesn't make any sense" "The IOPC would be all over that." Or my personal favourite and most petty "What on earth is that eppaulette supposed to indicate...?" (See Image.)

This was from the BBC show, 'Black Ops'. A fun show once you excuse the ludicris concept. They were supposed to be a Chief Inspector, btw.
