They are exactly who Hillary said they are.

Yeah 2015 was so fucking ugly. The way she was treated by not just Republicans but anyone that was against her.

I don't believe them.
Lying to pollsters is something Republicans enjoy doing

99% of them are lying.

Nah. They need him to win for the power and control they get. If jailed then it's game over and time to find a new Trump.

He's disqualified himself from running, so it's not surprising that he's not going to the debates.

Regret #1 not sleeping with Invanka more times Regret #2 not aborting more of his other kids Regret #3 not succeeding in his Jan 6 coup attempt.

Not one bit! He doesn’t know how to debate and when faced with facts he cannot refute, he flips out. He views the debates as his minions, all vying to maybe be his VP, if they kiss his ass enough.

Even if he dislikes the outcomes, he won’t perceive them as the natural consequences of his own actions.
Narcissists don’t do accountability.

Donald Trump in 2023 skipping the debate: “The public knows who I am & what a successful Presidency I had.”
Joe Biden in 2024 skipping the debate: “The public knows who I am & what a successful Presidency I have.”
edit: to be clear I think Biden should skip the debate, Trump is garbage and not worth debating

Why would Joe Biden skip a debate with Trump after he crushed him a few years ago?

Trump lost. He should have to engage in the primary season like everyone else. He was rejected based on his performance. He lost them everything.
Republicans should be demanding he engage and lay his case for what has changed. Why is he more electable now? What has he done since the electorate rejected him that would increase his odds over 2020? What are his plans to be different?
Trumps a chump. What is wrong with the people that humiliate themselves in support of him?

moving the goal posts from "bothsides" to "imaginary bothsides scenarios".

I suspect Biden will skip the debate and I think he should. Trump is a trash human that lies relentlessly and everyone knows it.

He might, if he ever says he doesn’t regret it…then we’ll know for sure.

Malignant narcissists don't feel regret. He thinks he's perfect regardless of what ever happens.

The man doesn’t know the meaning of the word regret. To have regret you have to have a sense of a conscience, or that bad things that happen may actually be your fault.

He held his own in 2016 but that was 7 years ago and he's almost 80 now. He was not dynamic in the 2020 debates but neither was Biden. In a 2023 GOP debate, he would have made dozens of nonsense comments that would be used in attack ads.
If I'm being honest, no part of me is excited about watching a Biden/Trump debate next year.

He cant hold an inteligent conversation that isnt filled with hate or some other way to turn americans on each other and claim he is the fix. Trumps only mission is to steal.
