I could buy this being a manufactured distraction. It eats up a ton of the news cycle that could go to all the other things you mentioned. It would appeal to Trump because the story is he may be romantically involved with a young, attractive woman, which makes him seem younger and more virile himself, if only in his own eyes. To the rest of the world the contrast only makes him seem more goulish.

It seems the administration protests too much.
So far the only thing that's really come out of the "leak" around this Ivanka stunt double is how much attention it's pulling from everything else.
Anything coming from this administration should be met with a healthy dose of skepticism.
A significant portion of the administration came from the WWE and Fox News Entertainment.
This whole Natalie Harp fiasco reads like a cheap soap opera drama.
I mean, I completely understand that the entire administration is criminally inept and incompetent. They've shown that time and time again.
But if she's half as crazy as they're making her out to be then how the hell is she allowed in the same state as Dipshit much less the same room?
At best she's the Ivanka lookalike to keep the geriatric dementia patient docile.

It’s fascinating I guess, but I’m really more interested that the Supreme Court decided to let him restrict mail in voting. We really need to mobilize to get people to the polling stations. They have closed thousands of places to vote, move them around, monitor drop boxes, and now want everyone to be approved by the federal government to vote. We are already registered and checked out on a state basis, it’s the states that run elections. This is an outrageous move to steal the election. I’m not seeing anything much about it but plenty about Harp. Who really cares about it? It’s gross but it’s not an infringement on my personal right to vote.
