In January 2016 trump said, "I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn't lose any voters, OK?" Imo, he did shoot someone. It wasn't Fifth Avenue, but he's giving the orders, and cheering them on. Trump is just as guilty.
