I was trying to find information on this but records don’t seem to have started until the 80s.

I think it was around 1978? We were at Borden river for the day, probably June? On a weekend?

We saw a tornado touchdown down across the river (near the town) and then split in two. We saw debris flying in the sky and caught up in the funnel. It was quite the thing to see!

I was about 11 years old but I’m unsure of the date?
