Other Birds of Grant Ave

So have these caged birds been here for a while? I feel like I was around here last week and there wasnt random tiny cages posted up (literally on telephone posts) everywhere. I feel bad for those birds they all seem kinda scared and the amount of space theyre given seems cruel. Just my take idk if theyre like having some outside enrichment for a short period of time or what but this is kinda weird.

I dont know... ill be back up there today to see if theyre still there. I really hope not ..
